Rinaldo Pignatari Lagonegro Jr.

Founding partner

He graduated in Law from FMU and has been part of the team since the early years of his professional career, having worked as an intern and lawyer before becoming a partner. He works in the comprehensive management of investigative procedures, from relations with police stations to the definition of defense strategies. With a constant presence and agile response to demands, he is responsible for maintaining the pace of the operation and the strategic monitoring of ongoing cases.

He is also a member of the Institute for the Defense of the Right to Defense (IDDD).

Partner at Lima Goulart & Lagonegro Advocacia Criminal, she has been working at the firm since 2021, with experience in all phases of investigation and criminal proceedings. She currently holds the vice-presidency of the Criminal Procedural Law Committee of the 3rd Subsection of the OAB/SP.

PhD student in Criminal Sciences at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS), she is a researcher at the Research Group on Public Policies for Security and Administration of Criminal Justice (GPESC), where she develops studies focused on the areas of criminal policy, public security and anti-asylum policies in the context of the criminal justice system.
